Starting at 3 PM, contributors to the book and fantastic friends of MAKE—including authors Kathleen Rooney and Martin Seay; visual artist John Sparagana; Chicago historian Paul Durica; Mexico City-based poet Luis Felipe Fabre via video; and many more—will highlight their personal faves and/or tell us more about how their own work came to be and what they are up to these days.

With Chicago’s most literary comedian, Adam Burke, as host.

A live performance from Chicago writer and musician Marvin Tate with guitarist Bill MacKay to follow. With rotating DJs, including poet Fred Schmalz, throughout the afternoon.
